Shadyrest is a three bedroom cottage with a screened porch.

It has a living room with electric fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, and a bath.

The cottage sleeps six with a queen bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, one with two twin beds, and one with a
double bed and one twin bed.

The summer season rate is $2000/week for six persons.
