Reservations are accepted only by the week - Friday to Friday.
Large gatherings such as weddings and reunions are welcome before June 20th and from August 29 to September 5.

No charge for children age 3 and under.
$30 nightly for each person over cottage limit, prior permission requred and bed capacity permitting.
$10 per "Day visitor", prior permission required.

Deposit: Maineholm, Woodhaven and Glascote, $800 for each week reserved. All others, $500 for each week reserved.
Balance plus tax due upon arrival.

Arrive and settle into your cottage any time after 3:00 p.m. Friday on the day of your arrival.
Check in at the office on Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Check out before 10:00 a.m. Friday on the day of your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
Before April 1, full refund (less $50.00 fee).
After April 1, refund (less $50.00 fee) only if we receive a new replacement rental for the cancellation.

Each Dog: $30 daily, $150 weekly, two dog maximum. A current rabies certificate and flea prevention is required for each dog. No cats or other pets allowed.
Moorings: $20 daily, $80 weekly

You should bring: bed linens, towels, tennis racquets, and if desired a T.V. with digital converter and antenna.
If needed, sheets, pillow cases, and towels can be provided at $20 per bed.

All motorized watercraft require a lake and river protection sticker, also known as a "Milfoil" sticker before launching in any non-tidal waters in Maine. Stickers for non-Maine registered watercraft can be obtained for a fee. Maine has passed a new boating law, effective January 2024, requiring individuals born after January 1, 1999 operating a motorboat of 25 hp or greater, or personal watercraft, to take and pass a boating education course. Cottages are furnished with stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and living rooms, picnic tables, charcoal grills, and outside chairs. Wood is provided for cottages with fireplaces. All cottages but Maineholm have gas or electric heaters.

Free basic wireless internet available in all cottages. Streaming capability not guaranteed.
