Cottages are furnished with stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and living rooms, picnic tables, and outside chairs. Wood is provided for cottages with fireplaces, all have portable heaters. Wireless internet @ office.
You should bring: bed linens, towels, tennis racquets, T.V.

Woodhaven - 4 Bedrooms - $1700/wk

In-Season Rates: June 19 to Labor Day
Off-Season Rates: reduced by 25%, two night minimum when available.
No charge for children under 3.
$25 nightly for each person over cottage limit.
$5 per "day visitor" using the beach.

Deposit: $300 for each week reserved.
Balance plus tax due upon arrival.

Cancellations Policy:
Before April 1, full refund (less $50.00 fee)
After April 1, refund only if the cottage is rented

Dogs: $100 each weekly
Other pets: $50 each weekly
Moorings: $10 daily, $50 weekly

Check in after 2:00 pm
Check out before 10:00 am
